	* safety check are now made in loop.iterate instead of in loop.run
	* the time step is computed in a function (compute_dt) instead of in loop.run
--> iterate and export_solutions can now be used without using run

the forcing is expressed in lon colat and must be compute in lon lat basis for the projection --> multiply by -1 in functions.py (it was done twice (*-1 also in prepro))
