The size of the state list (um->myuser->mystate[0]) was erased by the state value ID and the indice of user state in mbs_data->ux has to start at 1.

Detection of void symbolic files with CMake: SOURCE_FILES was modified in local scope instead of parent scope

Empty symbolic files

When configuring the project with cmake, the script check whether the symbolic files exist in the symbolicR folder. If not, an empty symbolic file from the common source is added to ensure that the project will compile and run correctly.

The "user file generation" script now generate the links ID.
However the Links3D ID are not generated.
