Diffusivity testcase

fix diffusivity for munk test case (add a boundarywall condition on the flux and fix diffusiveflux (i used the wrong order)) and modify functionNumpy to functorNumpy in testCase munk and sphere.

There was a probleme because i created a branch from sphere and not from master, that's why these modifications were not merged.
