• add unref mesher

• create a slimPreEvaluator base class with two daughters :

  • geo tiff reader
  • distance shp

• fix dependencies of swig '.i' files (no more touch /.i required)

• please check especially my modifications in slimPre.py slim_private.py to see if it follows your standard.
